1. At least a week before Picture Day, I receive from the school a list of students with parents' names, parent current email. addresses and parent phone numbers.  This allows me to connect students' personal galleries to parent information, and it takes the work of collecting payments, sending proofs, etc. off of your plate.  You will not be responsible for collecting money, etc.

2.  On Picture Day, I take pictures of all students and staff.  The pictures are connected to identifying information which will allow every child and staff member to get to their own password-protected gallery where families can choose which packages and pictures they would like to order.  Families also pay on this site.  Staff members receive a complimentary two 5x7 prints and a digital image at no cost!

3,  After students are photographed, galleries will be uploaded no more than 14 days from Picture Day. Families will have a week to order.  Portraits will be delivered to the school no more than 3 weeks after the ordering deadline.  

4.  It's easy for you!  The portraits are beautiful and not only represent your students well, but they tell others about the warm, inviting environment at your school!

5.  With 50% of your students purchasing a package, your school gets an hour of Marketing Photography ($500 value). This can be used on your website, on social media, etc.  Just a simple way of saying, "Thank you!"

6.  A little about me--I am a certified teacher with over ten years of classroom experience.  I have also homeschooled my own children for more than 13 years.  I am a professional photographer who still keeps my hand in education by teaching kindergarten two mornings  each week at a local hybrid.  Once a teacher, always a teacher!  I've been photographing children for homeschool groups and small schools since 2019.
